With COVID, not an issue, Berean started off the fall sports seasons with our annual tailgate party and never looked back. The volleyball team improved from last year by attaining a winning record, battling great teams in some close sets, and placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in tournament competitions. The soccer team had the opportunity to compete against two Christian schools from Kansas City early in the season and were competitive throughout the season while dealing with sickness and injuries. They lost a close game in their first round of regional play. Both girls and guys cross country teams had great seasons. The boys were 1st in the HOA League, 1st at regionals, and runner-up at State! The girls finished 4th in the HOA League, battled hard for 3rd at regionals, and were 7th at State! Our clay shooting club was able to have its first fall season with great improvements from last spring. Their post-season will follow the spring season. Overall, it was a good fall sports season at Berean Academy!
