Our Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy students got the opportunity to serve in two areas of our community during "Do Good December." Students spent a morning during their Thanksgiving break serving at the Salvation Army in Wichita. In December, they helped prepare and organize paperwork for the Angel Tree distribution, and moved pallets of food for the food pantry.
Shortly before Christmas, the students made cards for the residents of Wheatstate Manor in Whitewater. They also brought snacks and drinks to the staff. Because of Covid protocols, the cards could not be delivered personally, but receiving them brought joy!
Watching these students serve our community is a blessing!
