This semester, the Berean 6th-grade students researched a country of their choosing, wrote a report, made a graph, and selected a verse to pray for their country. On Thursday, April 21, 2022, their hard work came to life as they hosted an International Festival featuring display boards, outfits, and authentic cuisine for parents, grandparents, and fellow students. They also prepared interesting facts to share as their guests wandered through the various “countries.” As the festival came to a close, they gathered in a circle to spend some time reflecting and praying for the many different people groups and nations represented.
